Maintenance Professions

Maintenance jobs are closely linked to production and are often attached to it. These functions are essential to the correct operation of the industrial site. Most jobs are segmented between the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products. Here are a few examples.

Maintenance Technician

The maintenance technician carries out both preventive and curative maintenance on all production or packaging equipment. His role is also to anticipate and detect failures, diagnose the incident and then intervene on short notice. Its missions can lead him to improve the reliability of equipment, to ensure the updating of technical documentations or to supervise the interventions of external companies.

Maintenance Manager

The maintenance manager coordinates the teams in the maintenance department and ensures the improvement and conformity of the installations/equipment within the plant. To achieve this mission, he works with various departments such as quality, manufacturing, packaging, supply chain or the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) department.
